RETURN POLICY

Customers may return items purchased online from Stance within 30 days from the date of purchase. Online purchases may be returned through the dedicated Stance Return Portal - to start a return, click HERE

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt, email order confirmation) is required for all returns

  • Full & promotional priced items are eligible for return.

  • Subscription & Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

  • Orders purchased and shipped to U.S. Territories must be returned at the customer’s own cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers are responsible for the safe return of the goods until received by our warehouse.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as 'Final Sale' are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items cannot be returned or exchanged either in-store or online.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hang tags attached or in the original packaging in the case of underwear. All garments are subject to inspection.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once processed, please allow additional time for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
