Yusuke Hanai was born in Japan and by the time he was 17 found his life calling-art. Moved by Kerouac and Grateful Dead’s album art created by Rick Griffin, Hanai moved to San Francisco to study illustration. The rest his history and Yusuke Hanai has been a designer and illustrator ever since. Mickey Mouse may be the world’s most famous mouse, but we all know who wears the bow in that relationship. Taking cues from every gal’s favorite muse, Yusuke puts an uncommon spin on Minnie Mouse with an art-inspired, cartoon design that’s part vintage Disney and part modern.
