We’re so sure you’ll love our underwear, socks, bralettes, intimates, and t-shirts that if you don’t, we will give you your money back on your first t-shirt, or first pair of underwear or socks purchased from stance.com!
Here's how it works:
- You have 90 days from date of purchase to receive a refund for your underwear, socks, bralettes, intimates, or t-shirts if you don't like them.
- Take a photo of the product that you weren’t stoked on and email the photo to our KPS team at email@example.com within 90 days of your purchase.
- Along with the photo, include the product name, your name, your email, and reason for requesting a refund.
- You will receive a confirmation email from KPS notifying you that your refund has been processed and you will receive a refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 days (depending on your bank).
This 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to your first individual t-shirt, or pair of socks or underwear that you have purchased on stance.com. For our return policy on items that are not covered under the 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, please click here.

365 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you don’t love our adventure socks, leave em’. Or just send them back to us for a brand new pair from our adventure line. Our return policy guarantees that you will always be 100% satisfied with your new adventure socks or we will take back any product as long as you wash them (if you wore them) first. Normal wear and tear is not covered, so if you do burn a hole in your sock transcending a volcano, it won’t be covered. However, that would be a cool story and we’d want to hear about it via Instagram @stancesocks.
Note: the following only applies to Adventure socks.
Here is how it works:
- You have 365 days to return your adventure socks if you don't like them.
- Socks need to be washed if you've worn them.
- Download and fill out this form and mail it back to the address below, along with the socks.
- You'll cover the shipping cost back to us.
- We will send the same pair or a comparable pair from our Adventure collection back to you.
- We'll cover the shipping cost back to you.
- Processing will take four to six weeks
