Can I return items purchased at a retailer?
We can only accept returns and process refunds for items purchased at stance.com or at a Stance owned retail location.
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.
Am I able to exchange a gift?
Unfortunately at this time we are only able to process refunds and not exchanges. Upon returning the item(s), the original credit card or PayPal will be refunded and the items can be replaced with a new order. We are working hard to create a seamless exchange process in the near future.
How do I send back a return?
Not happy with your Stance product? Return it to us within 30 days, and we'll give you a full refund. Please follow the steps below:

Please allow up to 72 hours for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.
Please contact Stance at (888) 391-9020 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to process your return authorization. You will receive a return confirmation email from Borderfree, along with detailed instructions for returning your order.
How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 7 to 10 days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
In order to be processed, returned items must adhere to the following packaging requirements:
Socks must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
Men's and boys' underwear must be unopened in the original packaging.
Women's intimates must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the tags attached.
T-Shirts must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
