Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipping to Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming will be charged sales tax.
Can I ship to a US address but use an international credit card?
If you are shipping to a US address, but are using an international credit card, you can do so using PayPal. Enter the US shipping address into the billing portion in the checkout process, and then click on Paypal to complete the transaction, and use your international credit card.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, ApplePay and Paypal.
For international customers purchasing via Borderfree, we also offer additional secure payment methods depending on your selected country, currency, billing and shipping country. You can view the options at checkout, before placing your order.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your basket and then click "checkout." As you get into the checkout process, you will see your order total at the bottom, based on the cost of your items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout.
Can I make a change to my order?
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing or your shipping method. There is a small time window after placing the order that we may be able to cancel the order or modify the shipping address.

How can I track my order?
US customers can track orders through the link provided in your shipping confirmation. Shipping confirmations are sent out in the afternoon on the day the order ships out.
International customers can track orders through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Order status may also be viewed using the Borderfree tracking tool.
Do you provide gift wrapping or can I include a note with my order?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, we are working hard to make this available soon.
You may add a personalized note during checkout. Please click the check box next to "Is this a gift?" to allow the option for a personal message.
