Stance Infiknit Guarantee

We stand by our Infiknit product. So much that we are guaranteeing it for life. No catch. If it rips, tears, or develops a hole, we’ll send you a new pair. If you have an issue, follow the steps below and we will replace it.

Here's how it works: 

  1. Send an email with the subject line “Infiknit Guarantee” to info@stance.com containing clear photos of your product. Please include the following information:

    1. Your first and last name
    2. Your shipping address
    3. Photos of all the information on the inside cuff of the sock
    4. Clear close-up photos of the problem areas in the sock
    5. Photo of the entire pair

  2. A KPS (Keeping People Stoked) representative will review your claim and respond as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement pair in the same style with free standard shipping. If the style is no longer available, we will offer a pair of your choice of equal value. Please allow four to six weeks for processing.
